TENCEL™ Lyocell Carbon Zero* and LENZING™ ECOVERO™ Viscose are man-made cellulosic fibres (MMCF), derived from wood pulp. They create a silk-like feel, fluid drape and comfortable breathability.

TENCEL™ Lyocell fibres follow an environmentally responsible, closed loop production process, which transforms wood pulp into cellulosic fibres using high resource efficiency and low environmental impact compared to conventional methods of production. The spinning process recycles process water and reuses the solvent at a recovery rate of more than 99%. 

LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibres are recognised by CanopyStyle and EU Ecolabel certification as meeting high standards for environmental practice. This includes a low risk of sourcing raw materials from ancient or endangered forests, and the recycling of water and chemicals in the processing stages. According to Higg’s life cycle impact assessment data, LENZING™ ECOVERO™ branded viscose fibres generate up to 50% lower emissions and water impact compared to generic viscose.
